About the Role

As an Inside Sales expert, you will be responsible for contacting new and existing clients via various communication channels, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Contact new and existing clients to discuss product adoption and improve their experience
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Provide pre-and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Manage a portfolio to grow revenue and achieve sales targets
  • Offer customer service and support to clients through various communication channels

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Online Sales and/or Digital Marketing (3 years)
  • Native level of French and fluent level of English (at least B2-C1)
  • Valid residency card or EU citizenship
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office and ability to use voicemail and electronic mail systems

What We Offer

  • Long-fixed term contract, renewable every year
  • 30 days of probation period before signing the contract
  • Salary conditions: 1040€ gross/month (including free accommodation) or 1240€ gross/month (excluding accommodation)
  • Compensation during training period if successful (15 days): 50% of hourly wages (lower taxes)
  • Private health insurance from the beginning of the contract
  • Relocation support for international candidates: reimbursement of initial flight expenses, airport pick up, yearly two-way flight ticket back to home country (within the EU)
