- Providing accurate information and product knowledge to customers
- Processing customer requests and complaints in a fair and efficient manner
- Tracking and documenting customer interactions in our call tracking database

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A proficient or bilingual level of Swedish and an advanced level of English

- Flexibility in terms of shifts and willingness to relocate to Portugal
- Strong computer navigation skills and effective communication skills
