Responsibilities
  • Qualify the base of business prospects and enrich it by sourcing the right contacts.
  • Make the first contact with potential customers.
  • Prospecting: e-mailing, calls, telephone/video/physical appointments.
  • Define and implement strategies to accelerate online and offline business development.
  • Coordinate with the rest of the Business Development team to ensure the achievement of objectives within established timings.
Requirements
  • A high proactive and independent entrepreneurial spirit.
  • An enormous capacity for problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
  • The ability to take fast independent decisions on the spot.
  • The ability to conduct an end-to-end sale over a phone call or in a business meeting.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
  • No previous work experience is required for this position. Ideally, the Candidate has 0-2 years of work experience.
  • An interest and enthusiasm in the area of electric mobility.
  • The ability to travel periodically around Europe.

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €35,000 - €50,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on the industry standard for sales development roles in Portugal and Spain.
