About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Aftermarket Sales Engineer to join our team at Michael Page. As an Aftermarket Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the sales process for after-sales services and overseeing project execution.
Your core responsibilities will include developing new business opportunities, handling lead generation, and maintaining customer relationships. You will also supervise small to medium-sized projects, ensuring their smooth delivery.
In this role, you will report directly to the regional leader and work closely with internal engineering and service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities through effective lead generation and relationship-building
- Manage the sales process for after-sales services, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as sales, marketing, or engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in an after-sales environment
- Proven track record of success in sales and leadership roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
