Our team delivers exceptional support services to ensure the reliability and performance of our applications. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in incident resolution, collaborating closely with internal teams to provide timely solutions to technical issues.
Your Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams regarding ticket status and progress.
- Collect and analyze feedback from clients and other departments to improve user experience.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in technical support, engineering, operations, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and documentation tools.
- Understanding of database management systems and cloud storage solutions.
