Incident Resolution Expert

As an Incident Resolution Expert at Adentis, you will play a crucial role in improving overall Incident and Complaint Management performance in our multiprovider environment. Your responsibilities will include analyzing reporting data, identifying inconsistencies, and developing standard solutions to ensure quality resolution processes.
In this role, you will also drive improvements in process and tool functionalities, act as an operational escalation contact for process-related questions, and manage the delivery of KPIs from Operational teams. You will collaborate with management areas when necessary and ensure process compliance globally and locally across Providers.
Additionally, you will be responsible for driving E2E Management of Service Integration for new Applications/Services to Service Now, including integration specifications. You will also transform the ServiceNow Incident and Complaint Management module to support business needs.
