About the RoleThis is a full-time position requiring native-level English proficiency, a degree in Business or Marketing, and 2+ years of experience as a Sales Coach or Trainer. Your expertise will shape our sales strategy, foster a positive environment, and ensure seamless onboarding processes.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs to boost individual and team performance
- Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance sales techniques and strategies
- Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback
- Collaborate with team managers to address training needs and skill gaps
- Stay updated on the latest sales trends, best practices, and industry developments
- Native or proficient level of English (C2)
- Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate sales teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software
- Competitive salary (€60,000 - €80,000 per annum)
