About the Role

This is a full-time position requiring native-level English proficiency, a degree in Business or Marketing, and 2+ years of experience as a Sales Coach or Trainer. Your expertise will shape our sales strategy, foster a positive environment, and ensure seamless onboarding processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs to boost individual and team performance
  • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions to enhance sales techniques and strategies
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback
  • Collaborate with team managers to address training needs and skill gaps
  • Stay updated on the latest sales trends, best practices, and industry developments
Requirements:
  • Native or proficient level of English (C2)
  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies, techniques, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to inspire and motivate sales teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software
