As a German-speaking Customer Solutions Expert, you'll be part of our international support team based in Lisbon, working closely with colleagues from diverse backgrounds to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as we continue to expand our presence globally. As a key member of our support team, your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support to our customers via live chat, phone, and email. You'll work collaboratively with other teams to stay up-to-date on Pipedrive's latest features and developments, ensuring seamless integration with our CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho CRM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, using your excellent communication skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of customer problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Stay current on Pipedrive's product offerings and updates, using this knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
  • Work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Fluency in spoken and written German and English, with additional language skills a plus.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or support.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with sales, CRM, and helpdesk tools, such as Intercom, Freshdesk, or Zendesk.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. Our benefits package includes:
