About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Lisbon. As a Technical Advisor for Search Engine Company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers through various channels, including telephone, email, and chat
  • Offer technical assistance and resolve issues efficiently
  • Apply escalation processes as necessary and maintain a high level of service
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and intermediate English proficiency
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus
  • Able to multitask, proactive, and possess good time management skills
