Job Description

As a Team Manager, you'll oversee a business unit and focus on career management. You'll need strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to drive results. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a business unit of consultants
  • Ensuring employee onboarding and integration
  • Supporting professional growth and development through training and coaching
  • Delivering high-quality recruitment

Requirements

  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding)
  • Previous experience in team management
  • Professional experience in recruitment and IT areas
  • Proactive and ambitious, with a results-driven approach
  • Ability to work under pressure
