Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Account Manager to join our team in Lisbon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic account management.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet customer needs and achieve business objectives.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS with key stakeholders to drive long-term retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing expert guidance and support to drive adoption and value realization.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through continuous discovery and engagement with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform sales strategy and optimize performance.
