McCormick & Company, Incorporated is a leading global supplier of spices, herbs, and flavorings to the food industry.

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, understanding and anticipating their needs, and acting as the primary point of contact.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Understand and anticipate the needs of key clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products/services.
  • Monitor account performance and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients.
  • Forecasting and Reporting: Analyzing sales data, forecasting future sales, and preparing reports for management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Sales/Marketing-related field.
  • Relevant, strong experience in Sales, preferably in the FMCG food industry.
  • Able to communicate fluently in both English and Portuguese.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
