Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Lisbon. As the first point of contact for staff, clients, and visitors, you will provide administrative support to our team of over a hundred specialists.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior management and the support teams
- Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure smooth and hassle-free trips for our team
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Liaise with service providers and maintain the preferred supplier list
- Ensure the office is well-organized and maintained
- Take ownership of office reporting, including internal hours, training records, and certifications
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a related role
- Proficient in Microsoft systems, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English and Portuguese
