Job Title: Office Associate

We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Associate to join our team at The Kencko Co, Inc. This role will be responsible for maintaining a healthy, safe, and productive work environment in our office locations.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Create and maintain an engaging, modern environment in both office locations.
  2. Ensure company house rules are informed and followed.
  3. Liaise with various teams regarding maintenance and improvement of facilities.
  4. Maintain inventory, procurement, and purchase of equipment and materials.
  5. Manage relationships with suppliers.
  6. Oversee facilities maintenance and minor repairs.
  7. Partner with the People team to coordinate team meals and social events.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years' experience in performing administrative and office tasks in a warehouse setting.
  • Familiarity with facilities management.
  • Expertise in Google Suite and new technologies.
  • Fluent in English and Portuguese, oral and written.
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit.
