We are seeking an experienced and organized Office Associate to join our team at The Kencko Co, Inc. This role will be responsible for maintaining a healthy, safe, and productive work environment in our office locations.
Main Responsibilities:- Create and maintain an engaging, modern environment in both office locations.
- Ensure company house rules are informed and followed.
- Liaise with various teams regarding maintenance and improvement of facilities.
- Maintain inventory, procurement, and purchase of equipment and materials.
- Manage relationships with suppliers.
- Oversee facilities maintenance and minor repairs.
- Partner with the People team to coordinate team meals and social events.
- 2+ years' experience in performing administrative and office tasks in a warehouse setting.
- Familiarity with facilities management.
- Expertise in Google Suite and new technologies.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese, oral and written.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit.
