About the Role

As an Associate Account Manager - German Speaking, you will play a vital part in ensuring Expedia Group's hotel and property product in your assigned market is competitive, attractive, and relevant for our fast-growing global customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Optimize Content and Rate Competitiveness: Ensure that content, rates, and availability on Expedia sites are optimized to increase customer conversion.
  2. Schedule Promotional Offers: Secure additional lodging rates and availability information over high demand and compression periods to satisfy customers' pressing needs.
  3. Educate Hotel Partners: Educate hotel partners on the self-service features available on Expedia Partner Central.
  4. Re-Establish Relationships: Re-establish relationships with dormant hotel partners.
  5. Support Demand Generation: Support demand generation efforts to drive sales growth.
  6. Identify New Properties: Research to identify properties not currently listed on the Expedia marketplace.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (0-2 years of experience) is required.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in German and English language is necessary.
  • Personal Qualities: High impact personality, intellectual agility, entrepreneurship, empathy in relationship, great teammate, hungry, determined, motivated, willing to take action, results-focused, strong organization and time management skills, rigor, attention to detail, proven follow-up/persistence, ability to multi-task effectively, ability to communicate effectively, relationship builder, ability to work independently.
