**Job Description:**
As a Neuroscience Strategist and Client Relationship Director, you will be responsible for supporting our pharmaceutical clients to develop winning strategies at a global, regional, and local level. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Defining client requirements and prioritizing team backlog
- Providing leadership to scrum teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Providing timely insights and implications to our clients' marketed products and pipeline assets
- Creating high-impact presentations and presenting them to client senior management teams
- Monitoring news sources/databases and analyzing data gathered from secondary and primary sources
**Requirements:**
- PhD or Master's Degree in a scientific field
- 5+ years of relevant and progressive work experience, 3 of which should be in pharma, consulting, or a pharma services company
- Significant experience in neurology
- Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly drug discovery, drug development, regulatory, and commercialization processes (US and EU)
**Compensation Package:** We offer an estimated annual salary of $120,000-$180,000, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible hours, remote work options, and opportunities for professional growth.
