Key Responsibilities:

As a Commercial Strategist at Winning Consulting, you will be responsible for engaging and maintaining the active participation of boutiques in our partnership, creating profitable results. You will seek and maintain knowledge of each boutique's status, seasonal, and future plans to assess full online potential and further growth opportunities. Your role will involve managing each boutique through strategic planning and tactical actions, managing offline/online sales against product deliveries and commercial performance, working with merchandising and the wider commercial team. You will also negotiate and plan markdowns with boutiques and ensure adherence to promotional activities, review monthly boutique performance profitability, and conduct regular business reviews internally and with boutiques. Additionally, you will onboard new boutiques commercially and oversee the operational setup and implementation through the Partner Services team, working with Partner Services and other teams to guide all service KPIs and ensure our needs are met.

Requirements:

A professional with more than 1 year of commercial experience (online or offline), ideally from a retail, brand, or wholesale environment. You should be experienced in roles that require connecting and relating to different players in the business, proficient in sales/negotiation techniques combined with an analytical perspective, excellent in prioritization and timing, and proficient in Excel (pivots) and use of data tools to obtain and assess analytics. Fluency in both written and spoken Italian and English is mandatory.
