Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Italian Speaking Customer Advisor to provide exceptional customer support through social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).
  • Address customer issues and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve complex queries and provide feedback to improve services.
  • Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and trends, reporting insights to the management team.
  • Assist in creating content for social media that addresses common customer queries and enhances engagement.
  • Maintain a positive and engaging online presence to foster customer loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a social media environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
