Job Title: UK PR Manager for AI CX Leader

Estimated salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year (dependent on experience)

About the Role

We're seeking a passionate and experienced PR Manager dedicated to the UK market to join our Global Communications Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for executing our PR strategy in the UK, driving media relations, press events, and creating compelling content to position Zendesk as a leader in AI customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective PR strategies that align with our global communications goals.BUILD and maintain strong relationships with key UK media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure top-tier media coverage.Write, edit, and distribute press releases, articles, and other PR content that effectively communicates our brand messages.Organize and manage press interviews, media briefings, and other events to generate positive publicity.Collaborate with our social media team to amplify PR campaigns.Track media coverage, analyze campaign effectiveness, and provide regular reports to management.Liaise with PR agencies, if applicable, to coordinate efforts and ensure consistent messaging and successful campaign execution.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in external communications, corporate communications, or a related field.Native English speaker or business fluent.Previous experience working in the tech, CX, or SaaS industry.Proven track record of successful PR campaigns and media placements in the UK.Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messages.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain media relationships.
