About the Role:
Are you passionate about the fashion industry and looking for a challenging role where you can make a real impact? We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fashion Customer Advisor for PVH Corp in Lisbon, Portugal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and prospects via phone, email, and social media.
- Answer questions and provide troubleshooting regarding products, orders, payment methods, and shipping.
- Handle calls for prospects and clients, and collaborate with other departments to resolve issues.
Requirements:
- Native level of German and good level of English.
- Enthusiasm about fashion and trends.
- Knowledge of the value and impact of a good customer experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
What We Offer:
- Yearly or 6-month contract, renewable.
- Full-time or part-time options on rotating shifts.
