About the Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Business Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to build and maintain client relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with sales teams to drive revenue growth
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, sales pipeline, and performance metrics
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring prompt responses to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality service
- Strong language skills in French and English, enabling effective communication with diverse clients
- Familiarity with networking technologies and products, showcasing an understanding of technical aspects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, essential for conveying complex information clearly
- Ability to influence individuals at all organizational levels to facilitate customer requirements
- Adaptability and resilience in navigating ever-changing client needs
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business management/marketing
