Relationship Manager

The primary focus of the role is to meet customer needs by effectively coordinating internal and external resources and managing communication among all parties involved in a Critical Situation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Japanese-speaking clients.
- Understand client business goals and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to provide informed recommendations.
- Prepare and present reports on client activities and performance metrics.
Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the technology sector.
- Service delivery experience is preferred.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Must be fluent in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
- Able to work non-standard days, weekends and public holidays.
