Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team in Portugal. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, identifying opportunities for growth and development, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, working closely with the sales team to close deals.
- Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, applying this knowledge to inform business decisions.
Requirements
This role requires a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the technology or telecommunications sector. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in English is essential, with proficiency in another European language a valuable asset.
