We are seeking a tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Customer Care representative for Microsoft Store. As a key member of our online selling team, you will be responsible for managing a range of clients within small-medium businesses and some enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage strong relationships with our customers
- Work independently and with great maturity
- Ensure customers are advised correctly on their product
- Ensure the fulfillment of customer orders and timely delivery
- Adapt communication to handle proactive volume with new business
- Focus on sales and driving business growth
