We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Microsoft.

Responsibilities
  • Owning, investigating, and solving customer technical issues while collaborating within and across teams.
  • Leading or participating in building communities with peer delivery roles and sharing knowledge where appropriate.
  • Developing specific technical and professional proficiency to enable resolving customer issues through training and readiness.
  • Identifying potential product defects and escalating them appropriately to contribute to Microsoft product improvements.
Requirements
  • Hands-on experience in technical support, technical consulting, or information technology experience.
  • Experience in a global customer service environment resolving complex technical issues.
  • Working on sys-admin, active directory, etc., and SCCM- Config Manager experience/Cloud experience as an added advantage.
  • Fluent in English language (reading, writing, and speaking) and knowledge of additional languages as an added benefit.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements.
