About the Role
We are recruiting a Sales Representative for an innovative pharmaceutical company in Tavira. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to integrate a dynamic and innovative market, in an attractive project.

Main Responsibilities
• Perform market research to identify potential customers;
• Promote the company's development and manufacturing capabilities, expanding the current network;
• Build business cases and commercial proposals that best fit both Agrivabe and customer needs;
• Support procurement activities related to the operations;
• Prepare, negotiate, and execute development and supply agreements;
• Maintain and explore existing business relations;
• Represent and promote the company in international fairs and business events.

Requirements
• Degree in Management or other related area with special interest in Business Development and Marketing;
• Know-how in Technology Transfer and product development;
• Availability to travel internationally;
• Analytical skills;
• Strong negotiation competencies;
• Team work skills;
• Fast learning ability and adaptability in a fast-paced working environment;
• Ability to work independently, high initiative, and results orientation;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
• Fluency in English;
• Fluency in another language (German, French) is a plus.
