Business Development Manager

About the RoleThis exciting position will focus on developing and executing business strategies to drive growth and expansion in the market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and marketing, with a proven track record of success.
Key Responsibilities- Perform market research to identify potential customers and opportunities;
- Promote the company's development and manufacturing capabilities to expand the current network;
- Buid business cases and commercial proposals that meet both the company and customer needs;
- Suport procurement activities related to operations;
- Maintain regulatory framework for the current and future markets;
- Represent and promote the company at international fairs and business events.
- Degree in Management or related field with special interest in Business Development and Marketing;
- Know-how in Technology Transfer and product development;
- Availability to travel internationally;
- Analytical skills;
- Strong negotiation competencies;
- Team work skills;
- Fast learning ability and adaptability in fast-paced working environment;
- Ability to work independently, high initiative and results orientation;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- Fluency in English; Fluency in another language (German, French) is a plus.
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package including:
- A generous annual salary of €60,000-€80,000 depending on experience;
