We are Carrierbagshop, a leading e-commerce packaging company based in North London. We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our sales team.

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth through the development of new business opportunities.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify, pursue, and secure new business deals with brands and agencies across Europe. You will work closely with our internal operations team and external suppliers to bring innovative paper packaging solutions to life.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication, organisational, and numerical skills. You should also be an active learner, able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through targeted marketing campaigns and networking events
  • Working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies that meet or exceed targets
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends
  • Providing exceptional customer service to ensure 100% customer satisfaction

You will be expected to achieve monthly sales targets, as set by your Line Manager, and contribute to the overall team spirit and positive working environment.

We are offering a competitive salary of £45,000-£60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a bonus scheme, pension plan, and professional development opportunities.
