We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Manager to join our team in Portugal. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level.
Job DescriptionThe Account Growth Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, sales, or customer success, with a strong understanding of software sales.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Scheduling and conducting contract renewal meetings with existing customers to showcase the value of our software solutions.
- Demonstrating and promoting the features and benefits of our software products to our existing customer base.
- Working closely with the Customer Success team to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for growth.
- Identifying cross-sell opportunities and communicating regularly with the sales team.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Prior experience in account management, sales, or customer success, preferably in a software sales environment.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and receiving positive customer feedback.
- Experience working with technical products and CRM tools such as Hubspot.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
