We are seeking a Global Customer Support Professional to join our team in Lisbon.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients from around the world.

  • Solving complex issues during the booking process with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Providing clear instructions and guidance to ensure seamless travel experiences.
  • Following up with clients during their vacations to ensure their needs are met.
  • Developing effective solutions, including refunds, to resolve client concerns.
  • Building and expanding client relationships through proactive communication and lead generation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A fluent level of French, with a good level of English being a plus.
  • A passion for travel and a willingness to learn about different cultures.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills to build strong relationships with clients.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including:

  • Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month.
  • Excluding accommodation: 1240€ gross/month.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months, airport pick-up, and yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country within the EU.
