Job ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients from around the world.
- Solving complex issues during the booking process with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Providing clear instructions and guidance to ensure seamless travel experiences.
- Following up with clients during their vacations to ensure their needs are met.
- Developing effective solutions, including refunds, to resolve client concerns.
- Building and expanding client relationships through proactive communication and lead generation.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A fluent level of French, with a good level of English being a plus.
- A passion for travel and a willingness to learn about different cultures.
- Excellent communication and listening skills to build strong relationships with clients.
We offer a competitive salary package, including:
- Including free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included): 1040€ gross/month.
- Excluding accommodation: 1240€ gross/month.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months, airport pick-up, and yearly two-way flight ticket back to your home country within the EU.
