About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Nordic Banking Sector Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing clear information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide detailed information about our banking services and products, ensuring that customers have a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
  • Manage customer requests and address any concerns or doubts they may have, providing personalized support to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain a positive attitude towards the brand, embodying our values and commitment to excellence.
  • Deliver top-class interactions and customer service, exceeding customer expectations and driving loyalty.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek, Monday through Sunday from 07:00 to 19:00, with rotating shifts and a daily working time of 8 hours plus an additional hour for lunch. You will be entitled to 22 days of paid leave per year, based on Portuguese law, and receive bonuses for Christmas and holidays, equivalent to your base salary.

Our client is a prestigious institution in the banking sector, present in 19 countries, with a long history of excellent customer relationships and extensive market experience. We offer a comprehensive training program, covering integration into our team, software training, product knowledge, customer management, and on-the-job training. Successful completion of the training period will result in the signing of a work contract, with compensation for the training period.
