About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Agent to join our Nordic team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries
  • Provide timely and empathetic support to customers
  • Maintain accurate data input of consumer enquires, questions, and feedback
  • Troubleshoot issues using open questions and support documents
  • Offer recommendations for common problems or frequently asked questions

Requirements:



  • Fluency in Swedish, Finnish, or Norwegian (C2 Level or Native)
  • Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
  • Typing Speed: 25 words per minute
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts
  • Good computer skills
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Team spirit and flexibility
