As a Technical Customer Support Specialist at Cross Border Talents, you will be working with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional customer experiences across various channels. Your native Italian language skills and technical aptitude will enable you to effectively assist clients with their queries, ensuring prompt and empathetic support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing orders, subscriptions, and invoices.
  • Deliver high-quality service experiences, consistently meeting customer expectations.
  • Follow through on inquiries to full resolution within agreed timelines.
  • Liaise with internal departments to expedite customer requests efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Native Italian speaker with formal speech and excellent writing skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with digital tools and customer support software.
