Customer Service Liaison for Order Management

As a Customer Service Representative at Alcon, you will play a vital role in supporting the business performance of Order Management and Customer Management excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Support sales orders processes from capture to completion, covering a range of order source systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and web.
- Analyze customer issues and resolve them in a fast-paced environment.
You will work in a dynamic team, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service in every interaction they have with Alcon.
Requirements:- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, including customer management and order management.
- Proven experience in a call center or similar environment, capable of handling high-volume inquiries.
- Excellent technical skills, including proficiency in Excel, SAP, and Salesforce.
Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, with intermediate proficiency in English, is required. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and persistence in handling multiple client issues are also essential.
