We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Order Management professional to join our team in the French market.

Responsibilities- Manage customer service orders from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Proven experience in customer service management, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
- A competitive salary range: €25,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
