About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Agent with Czech language expertise to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our Enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional technical support to Enterprise customers via phone and web-based channels
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with management and engineering teams to address service issues and develop test cases
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering on commitments
  • Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements and achieve high customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Czech and good command of English (B2 Level)
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365 in an Enterprise environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team spirit and willingness to start an international experience
