Customer Service Representative with Czech Language Skills

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Agent with Czech language expertise to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to our Enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional technical support to Enterprise customers via phone and web-based channels
- Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with management and engineering teams to address service issues and develop test cases
- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering on commitments
- Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements and achieve high customer satisfaction
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in Czech and good command of English (B2 Level)
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 in an Enterprise environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team spirit and willingness to start an international experience
