We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced B2B Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Ventrata. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients across various languages, including English, Spanish, Italian, French, German, and Portuguese.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You will be responsible for actively improving the customer experience, working with clients and their employees to identify problems, and advising on solutions. Additionally, you will recreate, troubleshoot, and investigate reported issues, collaborate with development teams, and master our support channels, including Ventrata Chat, Slack, and Helpdesk.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Improve the customer experience through proactive issue resolution and efficient communication.
  • Collaborate with clients and their employees to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Recreate, troubleshoot, and investigate reported issues to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
  • Work closely with development teams to identify errors and report bugs via internal helpdesk.
  • Maintain proficiency in our support channels, including Ventrata Chat, Slack, and Helpdesk.
  • Support client onboarding and data uploading to our systems.
  • Provide support to internal teams on tasks beyond the job description.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical mind and problem-solving attitude.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, with proficiency in Spanish, Italian, French, German, or Portuguese being a plus.
