Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at Envecon Software. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for generating and building high-quality lead pipelines and securing B2B appointments for our global sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B lead generation, with experience in IT products and services. Excellent communication skills, particularly when dealing with C-suite executives, are essential. Outbound sales expertise, including international cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing, is also highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Qualified Lead Generation: Engage with C-suite executives for enterprise product and services sales.
- International Outreach: Conduct outbound calls targeting global customers.
- Mass Email Campaigns: Execute targeted email marketing initiatives.
- Market Research & Database Management: Identify and qualify potential prospects.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings with CXO-level stakeholders to drive business opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years in B2B lead generation (preferably in IT products and services).
- Excellent Communication: To deal with CXO levels.
- Outbound Sales Expertise: Experience in international cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing is an added advantage.
- Sales Development: Ability to generate opportunities through calls, emails, research, and social media to introduce company solutions and engage with decision-makers.
- Database & Market Research: Collaborate with the marketing team to build, manage, and enrich prospect databases using open-source and paid data tools.
Behavioral Skills:
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience making high-volume calls to generate sales-qualified leads.
- Strong active listening skills and ability to deliver compelling product demos.
- Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational and presentation skills.
- Proficient in leveraging LinkedIn and other prospecting tools to engage with potential clients.
