About the RoleWe are seeking a Digital Sales Development Specialist to form the bridge between marketing and sales, influencing the company's success through their work. The role involves qualifying and handing over new leads, actively contributing to the development of marketing and sales processes, and working with the latest CRM and marketing technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Qualify leads from marketing activities to identify potential customers.
- Carry out sales qualification as part of active contacting.
- Acquire extensive knowledge of our portfolio and apply it in the qualification process.
- Initiate projects with potential customers from digital channels and hand them over to the appropriate sales managers.
- Above-average willingness to learn and ability to gather information independently.
- Interest in sales and digital technologies.
- BASIC knowledge of digital marketing, especially in B2B, and a desire to grow.
- Willingness to learn CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Analytical thinking, ability to work independently, and enjoyment of teamwork.
- Interest in improving skills and growing professionally.
- Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
