Airline Company Customer Support Representative – French Language Expert

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team at Webhelp in Lisbon, Portugal. As a French-speaking representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to airline customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage flight bookings, cancellations, and alterations with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Assist clients via phone and email, addressing their queries and concerns about flight services.
  • Provide real-time information and empower customers to make informed decisions.
  • Go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations and build loyalty.
  • Listen actively to customers' needs and acknowledge their unique situations.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Fluent written and spoken French (B2 level) and excellent communication skills in English.
  • Previous experience with GDS tools like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is preferred.
  • Customer service background or experience as a travel/travel representative is essential.
  • Non-EU residents must have a valid work permit.
