About the Role

We are seeking a French-speaking customer support representative to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone and email.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide personalized solutions to customer issues.
  • Schedule: Monday to Saturday - rotating shifts (7AM - 7PM).

Requirements

  • French native or strong C2 level speaker.
  • No previous experience required.

Benefits

  • Monthly salary base: €6,795 (approximately $7,800 USD) with opportunities for performance bonuses.
  • Meal allowance: €9 per day.
  • Private medical insurance after 4 months.
  • Transportation reimbursement up to €40.
