Your Role
As a Customer Support Agent, your primary responsibility is to handle customer issues via email, chat, and phone. You will work closely with your team to provide friendly, effective, and professional support. Key skills required include creativity, flexibility, and strong communication skills.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be fluent in French (C2 level) and have basic computer skills. Knowledge of English is also necessary (minimum A2 level). Additionally, you should possess good analytical skills, logical thinking, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
