French Customer Service Advisor

You will be part of an international team and work closely with colleagues from diverse backgrounds. As a French Customer Service Advisor, you will develop your technical skills while gaining valuable knowledge about a renowned company. Your key responsibilities will include assisting clients via inbound calls, answering inquiries, and managing the post-sale process when necessary. You will also have the opportunity to progress to different job positions within the company and benefit from our modern amenities and discounts in local businesses.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients via inbound calls in the after-sales process
- Answer inquiries regarding reservations and attend to potential requests
- Manage the post-sale process when necessary
- Develop your technical skills and knowledge about the company
- Progress to different job positions within the company

Requirements:
- Native or Proficient French (C2) and fluent English (minimum level B2)
- Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
- Previous experience in Customer Service or a tourism/travel representative is a plus
- Valid work permit for non-EU residents
