Customer Service Ambassador in the Netherlands

We are seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Lisbon. As a Dutch-speaking customer service ambassador, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients via phone, email, and chat.
About the Role:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide clear solutions through various communication channels.
- Assist with product-related questions, technical troubleshooting, and order management.
- Evaluate complex issues and escalate them to the relevant team when necessary.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by offering proactive and personalized support.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch (C2 level).
- Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to a rotational schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

Work Schedule:
Our office is open Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM, with rotational shifts. On Saturdays and Sundays, we operate from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, also with rotational shifts. You will have two days off per week, which will be decided in advance to ensure a smooth workflow.
