Key Responsibilities
This role is a critical part of our HR function and requires a seasoned professional who can build and scale our people processes, ensure compliance, and foster a great work environment for our global team. You will work closely with our Head of People and Culture to drive HR operations, from employee experience and benefits to performance management, HR policies, and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:

Employee Experience & Culture
  • • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to drive a high-performing, inclusive culture
    • Oversee employee relations to ensure a positive and productive work environment
    • Provide expert guidance to employees and the Head of People & Culture on HR policies and best practices
  • HR Operations & Compliance
    • • Design and optimize HR processes, systems, and policies to ensure efficiency and compliance
      • Manage HRIS and data reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance
      • Ensure compliance with labor laws across different geographies where Frvr Studio Ursus operates
  • Compensation & Benefits
    • • Oversee global compensation, benefits, and perks to ensure competitiveness and fairness
      • Partner with finance on payroll, equity, and benefits administration
      • Continuously assess and improve benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
  • Performance & Development
    • • Implement and manage performance review cycles, career frameworks, and employee growth programs
      • Collaborate on development and learning initiatives that support business objectives
      • Support managers in optimizing team performance and employee success

    Requirements:
  1. • 5+ years of experience in People Operations/HR (non-recruitment focus), preferably in a tech, gaming, or fast-paced startup environment
    • Proven ability to work autonomously and drive HR initiatives independently
    • Deep knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance across multiple geographies
    • Strong expertise in HRIS, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and performance management
    • Experience with HR process automation, AI-driven HR solutions, and data-driven decision-making
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels
    • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced, and remote-friendly environment
