**Role Overview**
We are looking for a Customer Advocate to join our team, providing technical support to our clients' end-users. As a key point of contact, the successful candidate will answer customer questions and clarify information about our client's software through phone and email.
The ideal candidate will possess native written and verbal communication skills in French, fluency in English (B2 level), and strong decision-making skills. Excellent communication abilities and the ability to solve technical issues creatively are also essential for success in this role.
