The ideal candidate will be fluent in Italian and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

You will provide exceptional support to customers through various channels, including phone, chat, email, and social media. You will also resolve issues related to account setup, verification, logins, financial matters, and technical support.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
  • 0-1 year experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
