We are a leading provider of instant credit operating in the European market. Our mission is to provide transparent and equitable financial services.
As a Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing strategic partnerships and alliances that enhance our market position and drive revenue growth.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Develop and implement an expansion strategy in Portugal aligned with our business goals.
- Identify and evaluate partnership opportunities to drive retail credit growth and expand operations.
- Nurture strong relationships with new partners through effective communication and mutually beneficial collaborations.
You will work closely with our legal and finance teams to ensure compliance and profitability of each partnership. You will also monitor key performance indicators to assess the impact of each partnership on our financial performance.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership management or related roles in the credit industry.
- Knowledge of Portuguese credit industry regulations and compliance.
- A proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing partnerships resulting in revenue growth.
We value fluency in English as it is essential for this role.
