The company offers an innovative range of products and services, focusing on mobile communication - calls, SMS, and high-speed Internet for both private and business customers, as well as fixed landlines for business clients.
Job DescriptionYou will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service with kindness and professionalism;
- Assisting customers by phone or email with questions and concerns regarding products, contract issues, and mobile bundles;
- Answering payment transactions and invoice queries;
- Offering advice on current mobile phones and providing technical support;
- Advising existing and potential clients on tariffs and current offers;
- Providing recommendations on additional options and managing customer data reliably.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- To be a native or near-native Italian speaker;
- To have proficient oral and written communication skills in English (minimum B2 level);
- To possess excellent communication skills;
- To be customer-oriented;
- To be proactive in promoting effective problem-solving;
- To be able to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
