Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ongoing Relationship Manager to join our team at PTW. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will be responsible for managing existing business relationships and growing new business revenue within the video games industry in Europe.

About the Role

This is an individual contributor role that requires a consultative and highly motivated individual who will cultivate and build long-term relationships with developers and publishers. You will present PTW/1518 services, liaise with operations, negotiate, and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing relationships with existing business accounts within the European games services market
  • Attending client meetings, presentations, trade shows, etc.
  • Presenting PTW/1518 services in line with briefs
  • Cross-selling PTW services to existing clients
  • Working with Delivery and support teams to maximize time spent engaging with clients

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in account management
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets through building relationships
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to forecast opportunities
  • Self-motivated and organized individual with a passion for gaming and experience with CRM tools
